📋 Description

• Leverage design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives • Conduct, analyze, and apply UX research and data insights to understand user needs and behaviors • Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and engineers to brainstorm and develop creative solutions • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements • Develop comprehensive design specifications and documentation to guide development and ensure proper implementation • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and integration with existing frameworks • Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products

🎯 Requirements

• Over 6 years of UX/UI experience working in fast-paced environments • Solid portfolio of real-world projects highlighting design process and results • Advanced proficiency with Figma, the preferred design and prototyping tool • Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices • Experience with UX deliverables including wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes • Ability to select appropriate tools for specific problems • Enthusiasm for learning new domains and ability to grasp complex business requirements • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to solve complex design challenges • Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and incorporate feedback into design iterations • Experience with building design systems and platform design work is a bonus
