📋 Description

• Lead the development and production releases of robust web application systems and intuitive solutions for our Right Payer Solutions product lines. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development efforts; monitor and adjust plans to meet objectives • Oversee and guide development efforts leveraging C#.NET, SQL Server, Angular, and future development in Python, Rust, Ruby on Rails, Java, or Go to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards • Collaborate effectively with data science and machine learning engineering teams to integrate models and analytics into production systems • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operations and prioritize technology solutions • Champion business process automation and continuous improvement • Foster strategic relationships with senior stakeholders • Apply retrospective insights to improve team performance and delivery velocity • Build self-sufficient Agile teams and support individual development through targeted growth plans • Perform code reviews from team to determine employee productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of combined technical leadership and engineering management experience of high-performing teams • 8+ years of production application development, backend services experience, and developing API's/micro-services at scale • Proficiency with C#.NET, SQL Server, and Angular, including the ability to evaluate technical solutions and mentor team members in these technologies • Proficiency in one or more backend languages: Python, Rust, Ruby on Rails, Java, or Go. • Experience working alongside data science or machine learning engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including deployment and scalability best practices • Proven project management skills within Agile and Scrum environments • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilities • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders • Strong facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills • Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
