📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage production workflows for self-paced online learning content • Maintain project setup, task creation, checklist tracking, and course timelines • Track workflow progress and resolve blockers by maintaining Jira tickets, subtasks, and task statuses across multiple courses • Facilitate content-processing operations across lecture slides, credited images, ePUB workflows, and delivery handoffs • Document production schedules, project materials, and status reports • Organize production calls, prepare agendas, distribute follow-up action items, and maintain cross-functional stakeholder communication • Support vendor onboarding efforts, external partner coordination, and related operational documentation • Identify workflow pain points, recommend process refinements, and support system automation initiatives • Deliver configured and maintained Jira boards, course task lists, and production timelines • Prepare and deliver content-processing assets, including slides, credited images, and ePUB files • Distribute meeting agendas, action-item recaps, vendor onboarding documentation, and project status reports • Document process refinements and pain-point assessments for process automation and operational continuity

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project workflows and track multi-team deliverables across varied stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail • Proven capability in written and verbal communication, with an ability to coordinate clearly across internal teams and external vendors • Ability to work independently, identify operational blockers, adapt to evolving processes, and maintain project momentum • Preferred: Demonstrated experience supporting digital content, publishing, educational content, or edtech workflows • Preferred: Hands-on familiarity with Jira or similar project management tracking tools • Preferred: Experience creating process documentation, managing asset workflows, or supporting workflow automation and operational improvement initiatives • Preferred: Experience coordinating external vendors or partner deliverables
