📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Gmail UI experiences using InboxSDK and jQuery • Implement core logic using modern ES6+ JavaScript within content scripts • Build and maintain background processes using Service Workers for OAuth, API calls, and background tasks • Manage efficient bundling and deployment using Webpack 5 and Babel • Extend and enhance Gmail extensions, adding new features and improving existing workflows • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in email extension environments, including UI rendering, event handling, and background communication • Collaborate with backend and product teams to design, implement, and optimize new extension functionalities • Ensure compatibility with evolving Gmail and Chrome updates, maintaining extension stability and performance • Proactively identify improvement opportunities within Gmail integrations and contribute to product innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience developing Chrome Extensions • Proficiency with: InboxSDK (Must) • jQuery (Must) • JavaScript (Must) • Content Scripts (Must) • Service Workers • UI/UX logic within browser extensions • Email extension • Node.js • Experience working with modern build tools (Webpack 5, Babel) • Background in unit testing using Jasmine + Karma • Familiarity with SASS/SCSS • Gmail API • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced development environment • HTML5 • CSS3 • DOM • Bootstrap
