📋 Description

• Configure, monitor, and maintain infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and on-prem environments. • Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for MacroAgility products and third-party enterprise tools. • Manage release pipelines, deployments, version control, and environment configurations using Azure DevOps. • Lead and execute data migrations from FileShares and on-premises iManage systems to iManage Cloud. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, offering timely resolution and consultation. • Manage VPNs, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, switches, routers, and perform diagnostics and configurations. • Implement and use monitoring tools to proactively maintain server health and performance. • Implement and manage backup/DR solutions including Zerto, VMware SRM, ASR, and Synology. • Participate in QA testing for internal software releases and deployments. • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and internal access tools (DevOps, Asana, Zendesk, Teams, etc.). • Maintain detailed and timely documentation through internal ticketing systems and knowledge bases.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in system engineering, IT consulting, or infrastructure support. • A degree in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or Computer Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with: • Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, networking, app services, Entra ID) • iManage Cloud and On-Premise environments • Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, release management) • Networking hardware and protocols (Cisco, VPNs, firewalls) • Windows & Linux server environments • Disaster recovery & replication tools (Zerto, VMware SRM, ASR) • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange (2010/2013/2016) and Office 365 migrations. • Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or other languages like Python are an asset. • Understanding of SSL/TLS certificate management (public/private). • Experience with SQL (Microsoft SQL, Azure SQL) and storage systems (Synology, Azure Storage). • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Comfortable supporting clients remotely across time zones. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
