📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of mid-sized schools and districts. • Ensure partners adopt MagicSchool and use it regularly. • Onboard school leaders and educators, coach them through behavior change, and identify growth opportunities. • Hit key metrics: track, analyze, and act on signals to ensure partners are growing. • Build trusted relationships at every level of a school system. • Create tutorials, guides, and resources that help customers succeed independently.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or EdTech implementation in a tech/Saas company. • Proficiency with CRMs and customer success tools such as Gong, or Salesforce. • Bonus Experience: Experience in K–12 education, ideally as a classroom teacher or instructional coach. • Experience leading professional development and training for educators.
