📋 Description

• Lead project teams associated with the evolution of our hardware products, including new hardware launches, sunsetting, or improvement of existing hardware. • Partner with supply chain, engineering, and vendors to understand manufacturing issues and mitigate risks to timelines due to part shortages or obsolescence. • Drive project scope and objective activities, ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved and that scope is technically feasible and deliverable within project timeframes • Drive the delivery of multiple cross functional projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the process • Manage the relationship and expectations of external stakeholders/clients • Track product work items across multiple organizational groups • Perform risk management to identify risks and then drive decisions on risk acceptance, reduction or elimination • Provide status updates and escalate to Management as needed • Ensure prioritization and alignment of initiatives and that overall projects meet business and financial goals • Proactively manage change ensuring clear understanding of impacts and facilitate the decision-making process • Collaborate with our functional teams to ensure a smooth handover of project deliverables • Collaborate with hardware suppliers to implement processes that enable a high-performance supply chain.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Min 3-5 years’ experience managing projects primarily product focused, ideally with hardware exposure. • Sound knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques, and methodologies • Proven success in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and leading project teams • Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills • PMP, CSCP certifications considered an asset
