🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in benefits administration, HCM consulting, or enterprise systems • 5+ years of hands-on Workday Benefits experience • Proven success leading end-to-end Workday Benefits implementations • Deep understanding of benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) • Strong leadership and project delivery skills • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities • Strategic mindset and operational awareness • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
