📋 Description

• Manage and develop a team of consultants • Lead engagements as part of the Workday Financials Practice and recommend the best practices related to Workday functionality • Manage support requests related to Workday Financials which require a great deal of workstream management and cross-functional team collaboration • Subject matter expert developing system configuration solutions, composite reports and calculated fields; demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and assist the client in testing the Workday solution • Modify and redevelop/engineer business processes based on unique client requirements and best practices across the Workday platform • Support client-side implementations including assembling data gathering workbooks as well as system testing and UAT • Work with clients to help convert legacy data into Workday • Assist the integrations team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and other third party/custom solutions • Establish effective working relationships with clients and outside vendors • Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced across new Workday releases • Perform peer reviews, manage, train and mentor junior staff.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management • 5+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager with Workday, or a Workday Partner or Workday Client • 2+ years of experience doing project management • Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes with advanced report writing skills; and experience building dashboards, custom validations, condition rules and calculated fields • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills • Adaptive insights solutions experience is a plus • Current or previous Workday Certification highly desired including Workday PRO • Ability to support effectively multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects • Degree or an advanced degree in Finance/Accounting preferred or equivalent experience.
