📋 Description

• Lead client Workday Financial Management workstreams, ensuring best practices are applied across Core Financials, Procurement, and Expense Management. • Oversee project lifecycles, including scope, timelines, and deliverables, while managing risks and ensuring successful outcomes. • Partner with senior client stakeholders to align Workday solutions with strategic business objectives and financial processes. • Design, configure, and deliver scalable Workday solutions, including business processes, reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields. • Support data conversion, integrations, and testing activities across complex client environments. • Mentor and develop junior and senior consultants, fostering delivery excellence and knowledge sharing. • Identify enhancement opportunities with new Workday releases and ensure adoption of innovative features. • Contribute to business development through client presentations, proposal support, and relationship management.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials implementation experience across Core Financials, Procurement, and Expense Management. • Proven success managing large-scale Workday Financials implementations with multiple clients. • Strong project workstream experience, with the ability to manage deliverables and timelines effectively. • Advanced report writing skills with experience building dashboards, custom validations, condition rules, and calculated fields. • Solid understanding of financial systems, processes, and end-to-end business cycles (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Customer-to-Cash, etc.). • Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and tenant configuration practices. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple clients concurrently, including short-duration projects. • Workday Certification or Workday PRO certification highly desirable. • Adaptive Insights experience is a plus. • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
