📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the company’s Export Compliance Manual and SOPs. • Establish, implement, and continuously improve export compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Ensure accurate and timely EEI submissions for USPPI and FPPI verify that all supporting documentation is properly retained in accordance with 15 CFR §30.10 and company policy. • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from U.S. government agencies related to export control and enforcement. • Lead penalty mitigation processes, including Petitions for Relief and Voluntary Self-Disclosures (VSDs). • Oversee root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and compliance enhancements. • Monitor and interpret changes in export laws and regulations, update policies accordingly. • Develop and deliver training on compliance requirements, documentation standards, and red flag indicators. • Conduct internal audits and self-assessments to identify compliance risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain, or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience in export compliance, trade regulations, or international logistics. • Minimum of 5 years of firsthand experience in export compliance or trade regulations. • Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and AES filing requirements. • Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. • Familiarity with Cargo Wise and ACE reporting. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
