📋 Description

• Install, repair and maintain Malvern Panalytical instruments across the UK • Independently diagnose and resolve customer instrument issues • Deliver operational training to customers, primarily during installation • Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting service expectations • Provide timely documentation, including work orders and mileage reports • Offer remote support via PC and phone • Travel extensively as needed to customer sites, including possible overnight stays • Assist with helpdesk and training activities • Manage spare parts, tools, vehicle and software responsibly • Continuously update product knowledge and provide feedback to improve product quality and support sales efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Qualifications in Electronics or Chemistry to HND, or equivalent level • Demonstrable experience working on customer sites • Proven experience in a customer field service environment advantageous but not essential • Experience working with X-Ray based scientific instrumentation is an advantage • Current, full UK driving licence • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK • Ability to undertake overnight stays when required
