📋 Description

• Coordinate global MSP/VMS implementation projects from initiation through go-live • Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, implementation teams and internal stakeholders • Schedule and facilitate project meetings and implementation workshops • Support project planning, governance and implementation tracking • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams (operations, suppliers, legal, technical teams, change management) • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans • Track milestones and ensure timely completion of implementation activities • Support client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle • Coordinate go-live activities and post-implementation stabilisation • Work closely with technical SMEs while focusing on delivery coordination rather than system configuration

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting MSP, VMS or Workforce Solutions implementations • Experience coordinating implementation or transformation projects • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams • Understanding of SAP Fieldglass, Beeline or another VMS platform (functional/user level rather than technical configuration) • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Fluent English
