📋 Description
• Collect, scrub, and upload participant-level account data accurately and efficiently to meet management service levels • Communicate with plan sponsors and internal stakeholders through the Parts+ recordkeeping system • Read and interpret retirement plan provisions in plan documents and amendments • Generate reports according to eligibility, compensation, and employer contribution requirements • Calculate complex employer matching contributions, including Annual Match, Lookback Match, and Profit-Sharing contributions • Use pro rata, integrated, and straight allocation methods • Analyze and reconcile reporting related to nondiscrimination testing • Submit nondiscrimination testing reports to the Compliance & Government Reporting team • Resolve issues with the Compliance & Government Reporting team during testing runs • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned • Support timely and accurate completion of nondiscrimination testing before IRS-mandated deadlines
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 5–7+ years working in a financial services operations environment • 5+ years working in Defined Contribution plan administration, preferably with a Third Party Administrator focus • Prior experience reading and interpreting 401(k) retirement plan documents required • Excellent data analysis and technology skills • Ability to organize, prioritize, and process multiple issues simultaneously • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in the financial services industry • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication • Time-management focus with adherence to deadlines and timelines • Experience using ASC testing software highly preferred • ASPAA Certificate preferred
