📋 Description

• Offer support for Yardi Voyager, related products, and third-party applications. • Manage help desk tickets and analyze ticket data. • Advise clients on enhancing efficiency and optimizing technology use. • Recommend training opportunities and new functionalities. • Participate in special projects and internal improvements. • Interact with clients, gather data, configure features, and provide training. • Oversee ticket queue and ensure proper documentation of requests. • Prepare documentation for system administrative functions. • Collaborate with clients and team members professionally and supportively. • Design and deliver training programs, ensuring they meet client expectations. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Yardi Systems software. (Voyager, Residential, RentCafe, CRM, Maintenance, Core financial) • 1 to 2 years Finance/Accounting experience strongly desirable. • Proven ability to teach processes and procedures effectively. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 is preferred. • A bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
