📋 Description
• Manage the enterprise reporting team to design and implement reporting solutions • Provide leadership guidance to scrum teams developing reporting solutions • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered reporting and analytics solutions • Lead initiatives to integrate machine learning models, predictive analytics, and other AI technologies • Develop and maintain a data warehouse that integrates data from various sources • Design and implement data models that support reporting and analysis • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data used in reporting • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field • 10+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting solutions • 5+ years of experience in management role • Experience leading a team developing Tableau solutions (PowerBI is a plus) • Experience with ETL tools and processes • Experience with Snowflake • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Experience implementing AI solutions (e.g., machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics)
