📋 Description

•Manage, optimize, and support Workday HRIS system •Assess, implement, develop, and maintain the platform •Provide technical expertise, user support, and strategic guidance •Ensure seamless system functionality and efficient reporting capabilities

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, business administration or a related field and or equivalent combination of education and experience •5 years’ experience in Workday required •Workday HCM certification (preferred) •Workday expertise with the following modules: HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Time, Comp, Leave, Absence, Finance •Experience in interpreting business needs and transferring it into system configurations •Experience with developing procedure documentation and user guides
