• Populate and manipulate editorial templates to create impactful marketing collateral that supports agents and overall marketing strategies • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless production workflows and high-quality asset delivery • Work efficiently on multiple projects with consistency and exemplary attention to detail • Maintain a consistent visual identity and ensure deliverables adhere to brand standards • Suggest improvements and modify formats to increase the quality of production • Work quickly and effectively to ensure that deliverables support project goals and are completed on schedule • Stay on top of design trends, tools, and techniques to inspire forward-thinking solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in graphic design or related field • A strong portfolio that demonstrates precise execution and advanced production skills • 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic production design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator) • Experience using templated tools (Canva, Buildout, Maxa) a plus • Strong technical skills and experience designing maps, charts, aerials, tables etc. • Meticulous attention to detail and process-improvement mindset • Real estate industry experience a plus • Central time preferred
