📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales opportunities from digital referral partners, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. • Manage relationships with digital referral sources, fostering strong partnerships to enhance lead quality and volume. • Track and analyze the performance of referral partner programs, making data-driven adjustments to improve lead conversion rates and client acquisition. • Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure effective follow-up and engagement with referred leads, optimizing the sales pipeline. • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create and implement processes for handling leads from digital sources, ensuring timely communication and seamless handoffs. • Utilize CRM tools to track lead status, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reporting on referral program performance. • Engage potential clients with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process. • Identify new opportunities to expand the network of digital referral partners, continuously growing the lead pool. • Train and support internal sales teams on best practices for managing and converting digital referrals. • Other duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field from an accredited college or university • 5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry • Series 65, or CFP required
