📋 Description

• Develop and own the overarching marketing strategy across the portfolio • Translate business objectives into marketing priorities, growth plans and measurable targets • Identify growth opportunities across brands, products, markets and customer segments • Determine marketing investment based on performance and commercial potential • Support the Founder and COO in evaluating offers, markets, partnerships and acquisitions • Own marketing performance against revenue, lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion, retention and return on marketing investment • Monitor CAC, ROAS, funnel conversion, LTV and other performance measures • Identify underperforming funnels, campaigns and offers and ensure corrective action • Provide senior oversight across paid media, organic social, content, email, CRM, automation, funnels, landing pages, SEO, webinars, VSLs, affiliates, launches, retention and analytics • Ensure clear brand positioning, target audiences and market propositions • Assess marketing resources, identify capability gaps and recommend recruitment, agency or technology solutions • Establish marketing systems, reporting, attribution, automation and performance processes • Work with the Founder, COO, Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, PR, Events and Brand teams • Mentor marketing leaders and specialists • Own the profitability of every funnel across the portfolio and ensure commercial outcomes • Deliver and measure launches, testing, reporting accuracy and performance improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in a CMO, Marketing Director, VP Marketing, Head of Growth or equivalent senior role • Strong experience in digital-first, direct-to-consumer, education, coaching, subscription, SaaS, information products or similarly performance-led environments • Demonstrable responsibility for revenue-generating marketing strategies • Strong understanding of paid acquisition, funnels, CRM, lifecycle marketing and conversion optimisation • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and making investment decisions based on ROI • Strong knowledge of customer acquisition economics, including CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion • Experience leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams • Strong analytical and commercial capability • Experience managing external agencies, freelancers and specialist partners • Strong understanding of brand positioning and customer messaging • Experience working with senior executives and Founders • Excellent communication and decision-making skills • Ability to move between strategic portfolio-level thinking and detailed performance analysis • Experience working across multiple businesses or brands simultaneously would be highly advantageous • Ability to work UK or Dubai working hours
