• Manage existing clients and expand business relationships. • Identify and win new clients for standardized and customized products. • Develop and implement the sales strategy to drive effective business growth. • Work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Field Application Engineering and Product Management to share customer and market insights and to help define target customers, applications and verticals. • Manage, support and develop channel partners, and sell directly to end customers and OEMs.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably within the machine vision industry. • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Physics or a related field. • Experience in direct selling to OEMs and manufacturers or in managing channel partners. • Strong proactive business acumen and analytical skills, combined with technical aptitude and a consultative approach to solution selling. • Very good communication skills in German and English.
