• The Vice President of Sales – Nylok is a key strategic leadership role responsible for driving global sales performance, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships for Nylok’s portfolio of innovative fastening solutions. • Reporting directly to the President of the Marmon Fastener Company, this executive will lead the commercial strategy for both domestic and international markets, with full accountability for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. • Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy to drive profitable growth in existing and new markets. • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, direction, and accountability to achieve performance targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners worldwide. • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer service initiatives that support long-term relationships and profitability. • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and sales approach. • Partner closely with marketing, engineering, operations, and product development to ensure alignment between customer needs and company capabilities. • Collaborate with leadership across Marmon Fastener Company to drive synergies, share best practices, and support strategic initiatives. • Maintain full P&L responsibility for the Nylok sales organization. • Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in industrial, fastener, or related manufacturing sectors. • Demonstrated success managing national and international sales teams and customer relationships. • Experience with P&L ownership and accountability. • Preferred: Strong technical background in threaded fastener technologies, particularly in resin, adhesive, and lubricant coating applications. • Proven ability to drive growth in global markets and navigate complex customer requirements. • Preferred Skills and Attributes Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities. • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed. • Comfortable in a matrixed, fast-paced, and growth-focused environment.
