📋 Description

• Lead categories and a team of associates in creating, implementing, and maintaining global inbound supply chains • Enable manufacturing reliability • Champion high-performing team behaviors • Lead application of supply chain tools and processes to create a lean, agile, and reliable inbound network • Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies • Implement inventory management practices and continuous improvement programs • Manage high-impact categories for the supply chain • Implement sourcing strategies • Support capital reduction initiatives • Provide coaching and development support for a team of 1–2 indirect reports • Develop and perform materials management strategies balancing service levels with inventory and obsolescence minimization

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of procurement and/or supply chain experience • In-depth understanding of the supply chain • Supplier relationship management knowledge • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
