📋 Description

• Execute defined sales programs to achieve regional sales and financial goals • Lead field sales associates, execute sales strategy and objectives • Engage internal and external stakeholders in the business • Coach and develop District Managers to help them build their business, achieve growth objectives and KPIs • Develop a High-Performance Team Collaboration environment through engagement of direct reports • Respond to elevated customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Attend trade shows, exhibitions and company meetings as required • Manage expenses and trade budgets • Become knowledgeable on the Veterinary product line and sales processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science preferred • 3+ Years sales experience working with leading multi-functional teams • Business acumen in Veterinary industry • People Management experience in a mentoring/coaching or line manager role • Strong Communication skills • Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record • Availability to travel 70% of time
