• Manage the creation and configuration of new RP SKUs, ensuring accurate data entry and alignment with product lifecycle strategies. • Coordinate the procedure for identifying and phasing out outdated components, collaborating with Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Solutions teams. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date RP information on digital platforms and in printed catalogs. • Develop and maintain competitive and consistent pricing for all RPs, in collaboration with Finance and Sales. • Ensure efficient stocking levels and distribution strategies to support timely fulfillment across all sales channels. • Provide RP expertise and support for both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer sales initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and customer inquiries. • Work closely with the Contact Center, Knowledge Management, Training, and QA teams to ensure accurate documentation, training materials, and customer support processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • 4-7 years of experience in product management, inventory control, or a similar position. • Proficiency in ERP, PIM, and e-commerce platforms. • Strong ability to analyze information effectively, interpret data, and make informed decisions. • Experience managing complex product catalogs and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. • Understanding of customer needs in both B2B and D2C environments. • Proven track record of supporting technical products or repair parts.
