📋 Description

• Review, validate, and process chargeback and representment cases. • Ensure compliance with Visa, Mastercard, and local scheme rules. • Handle customer complaints related to disputes. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. • Coordinate with ops internal teams for dispute-related financial postings and adjustments. • Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of MasterCard/VISA / 1-Link Reconciliation and settlement experience with proven track record. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good in MS Suite, especially Excel. • Understanding related processing, settlement, dispute resolutions, reporting and SBP prudential regulations. • Effective time management, multi-tasking, Strong analytical and communication skills.
