📋 Description

• Responsible for leading and managing the Delivery & Support team for the bank's most critical application - Core Banking. • Developing and executing the support strategy of technology by achieving objectives and goals. • Responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the team and delivering high-quality support services. • Responsible for managing the SDLC of Change Management in Core Banking from business requirements to technical specifications, delivery, and post-implementation maintenance activities. • Accountable for supporting and managing the Core Banking system. • Responsible for leading the Core Production Support function within SLA, schedule, budget, and scope parameters. • Ensure the achievement of agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Review and evaluate business requirements against existing and proposed systems. • Direct and assist the development team in verifying the resolution of issues/functions developed by the team. • Program manage the implementation and modernization of large-scale core digital banking platforms. • Track financial reporting while ensuring that the program and projects adhere to the agreed budget. • Prepare regular status reports for engagement leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in cross-border team management • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, control, and close projects while managing multiple components with minimal supervision • Extensive experience managing large-scale core banking transformations • Expertise in overseeing the complete project lifecycle with teams ranging from 25 to 50 members • Proficient in project management methodologies such as AGILE or PRINCE2 for medium to large-sized projects • Strong skills in developing and maintaining project and program plans, including risk management, action tracking, issue resolution, and dependency mapping • Highly efficient in resource planning and task assignment • Knowledgeable in benefits realization, dependency mapping, and resource
