📋 Description

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, from contracts and onboarding through role changes, payroll updates, and offboarding • Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, addendums, and other people documentation • Coordinate monthly payroll, contractor invoices, expenses, and approvals • Manage company travel, accommodation, transport, itineraries, and employee travel queries • Plan and coordinate company events, offsites, venues, vendors, and on-the-ground logistics • Maintain accurate records across employee data, leave, sick days, bookings, expenses, contracts, and operational documentation • Act as a key point of contact for HR and operational queries, resolving issues and escalating when required • Manage SOWs, Change Orders, signatures, and documentation • Improve operational workflows, documentation, and internal processes for efficiency and scalability • Build and maintain automation and workflow improvements to reduce manual work, data entry, and errors

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar role • Strong experience managing employee lifecycle processes, contracts, documentation, and HR administration • Hands-on experience with payroll, contractor payments, expenses, and financial administration • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Experience coordinating travel, events, offsites, vendors, and company logistics • Comfortable managing confidential employee and financial information with discretion • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently • Strong communication skills and confidence working with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Process-oriented and proactive, with a track record of identifying ways to improve operational workflows • Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll, expense, e-signature, and other business systems • Experience using automation tools to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing, and internationally distributed environment
