📋 Description
• Develop a deep understanding of the Mastra framework and platform • Research emerging interaction patterns and developer tools • Identify opportunities to improve user experience • Work closely with product team on roadmap and requirements • Build and maintain a robust design system in Figma • Explore how AI and emerging design tools can enhance Figma
🎯 Requirements
• At least four years of experience designing software products • Experience building and maintaining design systems • Comfortable prototyping in Figma • Basic understanding of AI products, HTML, and CSS • Familiar with developer-facing products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to respond well to constructive feedback • Critical mindset and initiative
