📋 Description
• Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and technology transactions • Provide expert advice on product development, privacy, data protection, and intellectual property matters • Counsel internal clients on legal and compliance policies • Advise and policy review/drafting in partnership with the People Team • Perform various other duties as delegated by the General Counsel
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years as a lawyer in top-tier law firms and in-house roles • Legally qualified to practice law in your jurisdiction • Experience in the crypto space is advantageous • Proven ability to handle legal issues across different jurisdictions • Excellent commercial awareness with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach • High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills • Effective in working with diverse stakeholders
