📋 Description

• Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, and keep the pipeline clean • Hand over closed deals smoothly to onboarding • Work mainly Americas, with some UK/UAE coverage on early starts • Book, run and close inbound calls • Rescue no-shows and keep deals moving to a decision • Send proposals within 24 hours and provide a clean handover to onboarding • Keep the CRM spotless; revive dormant opportunities and ask for referrals

🎯 Requirements

• C1 English (confident on Google Meet; near-neutral accent) • Nutrition or Personal Training background (cert or degree) • 2+ years full-cycle closing to US/UK markets • Serious CRM hygiene • Ability to work early starts as needed (9-hour day) • Comfortable working the Americas with some UK/UAE coverage

• Base: $1,500/month • Per-deal commission paid on client commitment • Placement bonus • Ramp guarantee in the first two months • OTE at target: $5k–$7k+/month
