📋 Description

• Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, keep the pipeline clean, and hand over smoothly to onboarding. • Work mainly Americas, plus some UK/UAE coverage on early starts. • Work inbound leads; book, run and close calls. • Rescue no-shows; keep deals moving to a decision. • Send proposals within 24 hours; clean handover to onboarding. • Keep the CRM spotless; revive dormant opportunities; ask for referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• C1 English (confident on Google Meet; near-neutral accent) • Nutrition or Personal Training background (cert or degree) • 2+ years full-cycle closing to US/UK markets • Serious CRM hygiene

• Base: $1,500/month • Per-deal commission paid on client commitment • Placement bonus • Ramp guarantee in the first two months • OTE at target: $5k–$7k+/month • Remote in Latin America • Early starts as needed (9-hour day)
