📋 Description

• Handle customer and chef operations: inbox/WhatsApp, onboarding, de-escalate issues, keep updates crisp • Manage recruitment flow: source, screen, schedule trials, onboard chefs and staff • Billing & finance admin: invoice runs, refunds/credits, weekly reconciliation • Maintain and create simple n8n/Zapier flows • Compliance admin: NDAs, contractor packs, KYC/IDs, background checks, sales tax management, tidy files • Process building: create SOPs and improve company-wide processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in operations, including team lead experience • Confident with Xero/Zoho CRM (or similar) • Experience running recruitment and operations pipelines end-to-end • Comfortable with technology and automations • Able to communicate clearly, stay calm, and get hands dirty • Nice to have: health/nutrition, hospitality or staffing background; Looker Studio, Xero, basic SQL/Apps Script
