📋 Description

• Develop and execute high-impact email marketing campaigns to engage our target audience. • Utilize expertise in Salesforce (SFMC) to drive strategy and maximize results. • Leverage deep understanding of email best practices, including targeting/segmentation, personalization, and multivariate testing & optimization. • Analyze email marketing metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and making recommendations for campaign improvements. • Collaborate closely with internal work partners and external vendors, to effectively communicate goals, ideas and strategies to move initiatives forward. • Foster a collaborative team environment, leading and following as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred • 2+ Years relevant work experience driving successful email marketing programs for brands with an online and offline retail presence required • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Proficient in Salesforce (SFMC) or other Email Service Provider
