📋 Description

• Prioritize tasks and manage a schedule of high-volume introductory video appointments • Answer product questions and provide personalized recommendations for member needs • Deliver exceptional customer service and escalate concerns or questions appropriately • Navigate members’ networks to ensure access to care and investigate available support • Coordinate with team members to provide immediate access to care and follow up with members • Provide education and resources related to program needs • Collaborate with Care Delivery, Customer Support, Provider, and Product teams • Execute tasks to optimize member experience and close outstanding items • Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with other departments • Identify referral needs and collaborate with Maven providers • Educate members on local healthcare systems and create in-person resource lists • Act as a resource on the local APAC region and healthcare system • Anticipate and address members’ social determinants of health needs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and other languages, verbal and written • Background in allied health, human services, or healthcare • 1-2+ years of direct patient care experience or digital health • Problem-solving skills, including working in a remote/startup environment • Ability to remain flexible with changes and have a growth mindset • Ability to communicate with patients empathetically in writing and verbally • Experience achieving KPIs relevant to engagement, satisfaction and productivity • Proficiency in navigating new technologies and systems as part of working on a remote team • Fluent in healthcare terminology, both in English and other languages preferred • Experience in family planning and maternal-child health areas, such as pregnancy, postpartum, options counseling, menopause, adoption, or surrogacy preferred • Comfort with technology tools like Google suite, CRM platforms, EHRs, and Zendesk preferred • Certification or licensure in a healthcare related field preferred
