📋 Description

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members through 40-minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging in Italian and English • Address pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, other mental health concerns, and work, family, and parenting responsibilities • Use brief, solution-focused therapy approaches to address immediate concerns and provide practical tools and skills • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team on in-person referrals, follow-ups, and additional support • Provide culturally humble, inclusive care and champion Maven’s care model • Serve members through Maven’s secure telehealth platform • Potentially moderate community forums, lead virtual member classes, and write or review educational articles

🎯 Requirements

• Unrestricted professional license or registration as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or other appropriately qualified mental health professional in the European country of practice • Current authorization to independently provide mental health services in the country of residence • Professional fluency in English and Italian • Location within Europe and ability to provide virtual care across applicable regions • Ability to work independently without supervision from a licensed supervisor • No current, past, or pending disciplinary action • Availability to provide direct member care for approximately 5 hours per week • Experience providing empathetic, culturally humble care to diverse populations • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Passion for women's health, reproductive mental health, and family health • 5+ years of experience required
