📋 Description
• Develop projects and initiatives related to institutional communication; • Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing activities such as: investments in online media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), website management (WordPress, Google Analytics), and social media (Facebook and LinkedIn); • Participate in organizing the company’s participation in events such as trade shows, conferences and product rollouts/implementations; • Promote relationship marketing and customer monetization initiatives; • Plan, execute and monitor internal communications and employee engagement (endomarketing) activities, such as: managing internal communication channels, developing incentive campaigns, planning motivational initiatives, campaigns for special dates, etc.; • Create briefs to guide creative work by the graphic designer or communication agency; • Obtain quotes and negotiate with various suppliers.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields; • Solid experience in performance marketing, automation and B2B demand generation; • Proficiency with tools such as RD Station, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Power BI; • Experience with integrated campaigns and growth strategies is a plus; • Proven ability to work with metrics and performance indicators.
