• Gather requirements and define specifications for testing and system improvements • Develop systems and reports • Apply technical knowledge and use new tools and technologies to improve departmental processes • Perform database queries and make results available to users • Verify correct operation of system routines and applications and report issues to the responsible teams • Collect and analyze information and data for system study and implementation • Assess and identify needs for technological solutions • Prepare project plans and understand business and client needs • Provide support to system users • Mentor junior analysts and programmers • Support area supervision • Collect and analyze departmental metrics • Attend monthly meetings when requested.
