📋 Description

• Own the delivery framework for the Product Division, establishing governance, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth execution across payments, fraud, onboarding, and verification initiatives. • Drive cross-functional delivery by coordinating between Product, R&D, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure projects meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards. • Portfolio & roadmap management: translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, track execution against commitments, and proactively address risks and dependencies. • Delivery assurance & reporting: provide visibility to the Chief Product Officer and senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes of all major initiatives. • Enable scalability: build a high-performing delivery unit with clear roles, accountability, and repeatable frameworks that can support multiple parallel projects. • Risk & compliance alignment: ensure delivery processes incorporate regulatory, governance, and security requirements that are critical in gambling and fintech environments. • Vendor & partner coordination: oversee delivery dependencies with third-party providers, ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and rollout. • Continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across delivery cycles, driving adoption of tools and methodologies (Agile, SAFe, or hybrid models) tailored to the Product Division’s needs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations • More than 10 years in program or delivery management, ideally in product-led organizations. • Proven experience leading enterprise-level transformation or product rollouts. • Deep knowledge of Agile/Scaled Agile and hybrid delivery models.
