📋 Description

• Support the Sales Team • Create/develop custom proposals • Reserve/confirm vendors, maintaining open communication throughout the proposal and contracting process • Generate Letter of Agreement (LOA) s and contracts • Create/update sales kits and promotional materials • Provide program support (sometimes on-site) as needed • Manage and develop vendor library through research (product development) • Build strong relationships with customers (internal and external) and vendors/suppliers • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate evenings/weekends as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in the DMC industry and/or event planning preferred • In depth knowledge of destination • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills including decision making, time management, and task prioritization • Manage concurrent projects in deadline driven environment. Must possess the ability to multitask, perform efficiently under tight deadlines. • Detail oriented, resourceful and able to work independently as well as with a team • Self-starter who can work with minimal direction at tasks with a sense of urgency and dedication to accomplishing them
