📋 Description

• MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. • The accountant position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive system of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. • To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test. • The ideal candidate for this role would share and understand the high growth objectives of Mass Markets. Demonstrated ability in an accountant role is a must.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting working experiences including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing and reconciliation, and bank reconciliation. • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact within all levels of the organization • Demonstrates ability to successfully plan, organize and manage projects • Detail-oriented, excellent proofreading and editing skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, organized, able to prioritize and work independently • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
