📋 Description

• Lead the creation of the valuation analysis for M&A opportunities • Actively manages the M&A due diligence process • Communicates key operating and valuation drivers to senior leadership • Own the preparation of financial schedules included in M&A to Senior Leadership and Board of Directors • Develops relationships with relevant internal stakeholders across the enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience • Good understanding of transaction documents • Exceptional financial modeling skills including: weighted average cost of capital (WACC) calculation, discounted cash flow modeling, market multiple analysis, leveraged buyout analysis, and other valuation related methodologies • Exceptional communications skills • Excellent PC skills with a solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other department • Preference in having experience using Capital IQ
