• 9+ years of professional experience • 1+ years of supervisory/management experience • Proven experience leading large teams of software developers and engineers • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) • Expertise with Java and RPG • Experience with database management systems (DBMS) and SQL • Solid understanding of software testing and debugging techniques • Experience developing warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
