📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of desk-based engineers and a technical field team. • Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally. • Drive performance to meet SLA targets and audit requirements. • Provide training and technical guidance to internal teams and external surveyor networks. • Production of management information on a monthly basis. • Manage a portfolio of complex subsidence claims from inspect to resolution. • Promote best practice and continuous improvement within the Subsidence Operations team. • To understand, implement and comply with company procedures and policies, and actively promote the principle of treating customers fairly.

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline, e.g. Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, or similar. • Enthusiastic • Excellent communication skills and articulation • Understanding and recognition of Customer Service and Quality • Flexibility and adaptability • The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment • Numeracy skills • Reports and accountable to: Head of Subsidence and Surveying • Liaison with: Directors, Associate Directors, Managers, Loss Adjusters, Support Staff, Clients, Customers, Suppliers as necessary • The above information is not an exhaustive list and may change with the overall business objectives of the Company.
