📋 Description

• In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and strengthen our brand presence. • Develop data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and implement them. • Analyze marketing performance, budgets, and customer acquisition and retention metrics to derive actionable insights. • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and foster a collaborative, innovative working environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message and a unified customer experience. • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital and traditional). • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors. • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management. • Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies and implement innovative approaches where appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a highly analytical marketing role • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously • Solid understanding of various marketing channels and KPIs, including online and offline media • Strong leadership and team management skills • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment • Experience in management consulting, digital marketing, or marketing agencies is an advantage.
