📋 Description

• Help deliver the Property Management Platform (PMP), a transformation programme for the Asylum Accommodation & Support Services Contract (AASC) • Turn PMP data into clear insight • Support better data quality, stronger reporting, benefits tracking and operational decision-making • Collect, organise, analyse and interpret programme data • Identify issues, trends, risks and insights to support decision-making • Develop reports, dashboards and KPI information • Support data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance • Recommend improvements to data, processes, controls and reporting • Work with property, occupancy and operational information across AASC

🎯 Requirements

• Experience analysing, validating and reporting on complex, multi-layered operational or project data • Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, working across multiple SQL views, extracting and filtering data, joining multiple tables, summarising data, investigating discrepancies and validating data quality • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas and conditional logic, data cleansing, validation and reconciliation, and analysing large datasets • Skilled in VBA and Power BI • Experience working with programme, project or operational performance data • Ability to identify trends, data quality issues and root causes, and translate them into concise, meaningful insight and recommendations • Experience developing management information, KPI reporting or dashboards • Clear communication skills and confidence presenting insight • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Central government or repairs and maintenance experience • Operational exposure and understanding • Existing Security Clearance is a preference • Entitlement to work in the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship • Must complete background, identity, security clearance and BPSS checks • Relevant identification required, including proof of address, references, valid passport and proof of having lived in the UK for the last 5 years • To drive a Mears vehicle, must be aged over 21, have held a licence for over 3 months and have fewer than 9 points
