📋 Description

• Develop a high level of knowledge in the Health Related Travel program • Professionally and expediently handle client requests for authorization and reimbursement of health related travel • Liaise directly with clients, medical consultant(s), and health care professionals for clarifications on requests

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to review, analyze and process requests from clients for reimbursement of health related travel as per established criteria • Good communicator - clear, concise and friendly through email and phone • Ability to organize work and information to ensure requests are processed accurately and efficiently • Strong technical aptitude – multitasking and navigating between multiple software applications • Ability to correspond with clients, medical consultants, health care professionals and stakeholders • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure of time restraints • High attention to detail while using a computer for prolonged periods • Ability to work on your own and as a team member
