• Oversee copy editor contractors and assign content ready to be reviewed so it meets deadlines • Copy edit content, including high-priority, fast turnaround requests • Drive AI initiatives to implement AI tools in the conception and drafting phases of content • Maintain department tools like Grammarly and find ways to innovate the course quality review process • Collaborate with department leads and managers to identify areas of quality improvement for different product offerings • Update copy editing documentation and guidelines to ensure Medbridge content is the highest quality and the company is up-to-date on the latest style standards • Work closely with the Post-Producer Manager to ensure copy editor contractors are operating efficiently and meeting quality standards • Define writing styles and QC standards for different content types to push forward the quality of our content • Create scalable AI tools to support the editorial and QC process
• At least 3 years of copy editing and/or writing experience • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office • Demonstrated experience with AI tools • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Excellent organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Flexible and able to switch between tasks quickly
