• Drive business impact by defining success metrics and ensuring measurable progress • Define a quarterly roadmap based on insight and strategy • Lead discovery with Sales and customers to uncover pain points • Use data to guide decisions and track performance • Partner across disciplines to shape solutions and deliver value quickly • Lead a high-performing Scrum team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• 5+ years of product management experience • Experience building AI-powered products or data-compounding systems • Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales • Strong grasp of agile product development and running high-velocity teams • Proven ability to define leading indicators, run experiments, and iterate based on measurable results • Data-driven mindset • Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines
• Fully remote within UK business hours (BST/GMT) • At least 4 days per week, with one fixed day off agreed upfront • Occasional travel to our studio in Cambridgeshire or Barcelona
