📋 Description

• Undertake a wide range of clinical administrative duties efficiently and effectively • Support and communicate with Medefer's multidisciplinary team • Lead on administrative and supportive tasks regarding patient care • Ensure correct pathways and processes are followed • Complete investigation forms requested by consultants, including prerequisites and safety questions • Review consultant response letters for accuracy, completeness and correct outcome selection • Ensure appropriate investigations are requested and process requests through Medefer's platform or third-party platforms • Review partial results from providers and determine whether they should be immediately reactivated to consultants or held pending complete results • Manage diagnostic requests • Undertake Significant Event investigations and ensure errors are recorded and addressed • Provide continuous feedback on Medefer's platform and pathways for technology fixes and improvements • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with health and safety regulations and Medefer policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree and trained as a doctor up to the UK equivalent of Foundation Year 2 • Minimum of 12 months' experience working in the NHS at FY2 level or similar • Administrative or clerical experience in varied health settings, including GP surgeries, hospitals, pharmacies • Previous administrative work experience dealing with patients directly • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills • Evidence of problem solving • Experience in conflict resolution • Ability to collaborate confidently with others • Must be clinically qualified and GMC registered • Strong communication skills and IT literacy • Ability to provide up-to-date documents in accordance with clinical compliance requirements • Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9–5, 35 hours per week
